Travel fee charges & additional costs
*Minimum of $100 callout applies
*Please note that travel fees are NOT built into our treatment prices
*Travel fees are discussed at point of contact as each booking is dependant on distance & treatments
*Travel fees are implemented to cover the travel time/costs of our therapists
*Parking charges may be additional in the instance of a therapist needing to use street or public car parks
*Travel charges may be waived in the instance of larger group bookings but is up to the discretion of the business owner
*A more significant travel fee may apply to hotels/Air BnBs or areas that are greater than 25 minutes travel for our therapists
*A 20% surcharge applies to Sunday & Public Holiday bookings

1. Objectives and Background
Treat Mobile Beauty is committed to providing the best service in a timely manner. We aim to accommodate your needs.
Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving adequate notice, it prevents another client from being served. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. It explains the process for requesting a cancellation and the fees applicable. This policy is used in fairness to both our business and the clients who would otherwise have wanted an appointment. We are implementing a straightforward cancellation policy to be upfront about all the costs you may face when engaging our services.
When booking with Treat Massage & Beauty you are agreeing to our booking & cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation Process
We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that appointment slot.
You may cancel by contacting us on the numbers below.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Please inform us by 5pm, 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations.
If no prior notice or the notice given is not provided within the minimum notice period, you will be charged a cancellation fee (see below) for the missed appointment.
Late arrivals can only be extended to the remaining time of the scheduled appointment.
If you are 30 minutes late past your appointment we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment, which may incur cancellation fee.

3. Cancellation Fee
(a) The cancellation fee is 20% of the total appointment value.
(b) The cancellation fee will be charged by bank transfer.
(c) The cancellation fee may be deducted from any deposit paid for the appointment (if any).
(d) The cancellation fee is the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full within 14 days after invoicing.
Failure to do so will result in your unpaid account being referred to third party debt collection.

4. Acceptable circumstances for waiving cancellation fees
We understand that plans may change due to uncontrollable and external circumstances. Missed appointments can be unintentional or may stem from an emergency, etc. Therefore, cancellation due to such circumstances will not incur a cancellation fee. Having cancellation fees waived require approval from Treat Mobile Beauty.

5. Refund policy
If the notice of cancellation is given 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, Treat Mobile Beauty will refund any deposit that was received to book an appointment. Unless it is a group booking. Please see section 8 for group bookings.

8. Group bookings/Corporate bookings
Group Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of 20% (total value of party) must be paid at the time of booking to secure your date.
When paying a deposit you agree to terms + conditions All group bookings must be paid in full one week prior to the pamper party date; failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cancellations prior to 72 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value (to cover expenses incurred).
Failure to do so will result in the unpaid account being referred to third party debt collection.
Cancellations with 72 hours plus will receive a full refund minus the 20% deposit (to cover expenses incurred).
Any unwell/absent guests will be charged for their booked treatments unless 72 hours’ notice is provided.
Additional treatments may be added on the day of bookings but must be paid in full on the day.
