Appointments
All appointments are reserved especially for you. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting subsequent bookings, with the full treatment fee still applicable.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Studio Appointments
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
Mobile Appointments
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
• This policy accounts for travel time, preparation, and blocked availability.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full.
Treatment Changes
• Treatments cannot be reduced or downgraded on the day of your appointment.
• Additional services may be added on during your appointment, subject to time availability.
Payments
Payment is required as per booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancies prior to your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers and treatment packages are non-refundable, non transferable and must be used within their stated validity period of 3 years.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behaviour, late arrival, or failure to comply with these terms.
