Studio Cancellation Policy
When booking with Treat Massage & Beauty, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your appointment. To enable us to fill this time slot, we request that you cancel with adequate notice (a minimum of 24 hours). This allows us to fill that appointment slot.
A cancellation of less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 100% charge.
Late arrivals can only be extended to the remaining time of the allocated appointment time.
If you are 30 minutes late past your appointment we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment, which may incur cancellation fee.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are redeemable in studio only
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on an appointment when pre payment has been made (refund will not be given)
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for product and are non transferable
No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment will result in 100% cancellation fee.
In the instance of gift voucher redemption, a "no show' will result in the voucher being redeemed in full.
Mobile cancellation policy (includes group bookings)
A deposit of 20% (total value of party) must be paid at the time of booking to secure your date.
When paying a deposit you agree to terms + conditions of Treat Massage & Beauty.
All group bookings must be paid in full a minimum of 7 days prior to the appointment date; failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.
A minimum of 48 hrs is required for mobile cancellations
Cancellation of less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellation of less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 100% charge.
Any unwell/absent guests will be charged 100% for their booked treatments unless 48 hours notice is provided.
Additional treatments may be added on the day of bookings but must be paid in full on the day.
We require a minimum of 48hrs when cancelling a group booking. Failure to do so will result in a 50
Travel fee charges
& additional costs
Minimum of $100 (excluding travel fee) callout applies to mobile jobs
Please note that travel fees are NOT built into our treatment prices
Travel fees are discussed at point of contact as each booking is dependant on distance & treatments
Travel fees are implemented to cover the travel time/costs of our therapists
Parking charges may be additional in the instance of a therapist needing to use street or public car parks
A more significant travel fee may apply to hotels/Air BnBs or areas that are greater than 25 minutes travel for our therapists
A 10% surcharge applies to Sunday & Public Holiday bookings
